Polish Mushroom Toast

A recipe for Polish Mushroom toast.

Cut the ham in small pieces. Wash the spices and cut into small pieces also. Grate the yellow cheese. Coarsely grate the yellow cheese. Combine the ham cheese mushrooms and spices. You will put the mixture atop bread of one form or another. A baguette cut in the sliced thinly and cut in two inch pieces or whole wheat bread in cut in half is most appropriate you don't want a full sized piece of toast because it is a little too much to handle you want something relatively small that it is easy to eat with the fingers. On each piece of bread to be toasted add a portion of the mushroom mixture. Then put in a an oven 180°C and toast for six to seven minutes.
