Warsaw Communist Tour - Cracow - the Tatras tour - starting with the Palace of Culture and Science - erected in the early 1950's, commissioned by Stalin as "a gift from the Soviet nation" the Palace marks off the very city centre, dominating the skyline with its 231 m tower, a visit to its viewing platform at the 30th floor will present the magnificent Warsaw panorama and will allow you to grasp the general whereabouts of the city.

The Holocaust Sites In Poland - The Jewish Warsaw before WWII was the home of Europe's largest Jewish community (nearly 400,000 Jewish residents).

Jewish Heritage Tour - The Jewish Heritage in Poland is strong. This tour lets you revisit the past.

Snow Shoeing Tour - Snow-shoeing trip to the Turbacz peak (the highest peak of the range - 1310 m a.s.l.) along one of the wild, snow-covered and unfrequented trails.

Sightseeing in Cracow and the Tatras Hike - Zakopane - a town at the foot of the Tatras is usually used as a starting point for all hikes into the mountains.

The Teutonic Crusade - Torun - the city of Copernicus and world-famous gingerbread cakes was one of the first towns that had been founded by the Teutonic Knights on the Polish territory.

Zakopane Tour - Leaving Cracow at ca. 8:30 AM to arrive in Zakopane at about 10 AM. A walk around the town to see some of the famous 'Zakopane style" wooden villas of the 19th c., a drive to nearby Witów and Chocholów to see typical highlander village architecture (dating back 16th-18th c.), followed by a drive around the town along some scenic routs to admire the Tatra ranges.

River Raft Tour - Introduction Located in their vicinity the Biebrza River National Park (Poland's largest) and the Narew River National Park occupy together what is probably Poland's (if not Europe's) wildest territory of unspoiled natural beauty. The Biebrza River National Park is a bird-watcher's haven as it hosts over 250 bird species. Canoeing down the Biebrza river or hiking across the Biebrza swamps can be your chance of a lifetime for extraordinary animal encounters (elks, deer, beavers, otters or badgers). Commonly referred to as the "Polish Amazon", the Narew River National Park is no less thrilling to visit.

Canoe Tour - This is a choice of two canoeing trips or a combination of both, located in north-eastern Poland. This event is usually available from April to September and, apart from the first and the last nights, camping along the route is required (tents provided). The Hancza river, one of the wildest Polish rivers, winds across wild meadows and primeval forests to flow into the Augustowski canal - the 19 th century engineering masterpiece.

Bike Tour - The Suwalki-Austow Lakeland (Suwalszczyzna) is Poland's most north-eastern territory, bordering Lithuania in the east and Russia in the north. By far it is also one of Poland's wildest areas. The unspoiled landscape has its own unique charm - it is hilly, overgrown with the primeval forest and spotted with lakes and rivers. Since it is also quite scarcely populated, it is best to discover and explore its beauties by bike.

Warsaw-Czestochowa-Cracow - A tour of three of Poland's major cities.

Mountain Hiking Tour - Hiking through the vast Bieszczady forests of Bieszczady National Park, through the valleys and meadows, little half-deserted villages to enjoy the pristine environment, admire the architecture of local cottages and the beauty of old wooden Orthodox churches

Canoeing Poland Tour - Poland's northern and north-eastern territories - the Pomeranian Lakeland and the Mazury/Suwalki Lakeland are among the wildest areas in the country and definitely the ones of the most pristine beauty. The landscape is varied - hilly, overgrown with thick forests and literally spotted with lakes - hence the phrase "the land of a thousand lakes" is frequently used to describe it. We recommend the finest canoeing routes:

Knights, Ghosts and other medieval mysteries - on the trail of the "Eagle's Nest" castles in the south of Poland

Hiking - The Biebrza River National Park - Suggested activities:- hiking in Brzostowo-Wizna area to watch the bird colonies- hiking/biking in the Lawki Swamps area and/or Gugny-Barwik area (spying on birds and other wildlife - possible elk, beaver, otter encounters)- hiking across the Red Swamp area- a canoe trip on the Biebrza river- a visit to the Osowiec Fort - 19th century Russian fortifications- a visit to Tykocin to see the 15th/16th c. Town layout- a visit to the Reginal Museum at Lipsk for insights into the folk handicraft, art and traditions
