How Our Phone System Works
You call our telephone in Massachusetts. The phone rings wherever we are with our lap top computer. If we are in Massachusetts, we answer in Massachusetts. If we are in Warsaw, Poland, we answer in Warsaw. And if we happen to be anywhere else in Europe, such as Germany, where we often go, we answer there.
If we are not at our computer, you can leave a message on our answering machine.
In all cases you only pay for the cost of the call to Massachusetts. The system uses the internet to contact me wherever I am. The phone call is transferred to my computer and your call is announced on my computer.
Most people who call us are surprised when we tell them that we are in Warsaw. They tell us that it sounds like they are making a local call.
It is great for you because you can call us in Warsaw, where we spend most of our time, for only the cost of a call to Massachusetts.
And it is great for us because it only costs us a few dollars per month to provide the service to our customers.
At the same time, we can call you in the United States or Poland from Warsaw, Poland for just a little over 2 cents per minute.
You can probably benefit if you look at the same system we use. You can make calls in your home country, especially in the United States and continental Europe, incredibly cheap.
