Even though Polish people call themselves Polish, that does not mean that they are the same Polish as someone else in another part of the country.
The Polish people tend to have a common ancestry, but the culture of the Polish people in different regions of the country is different. Sometimes that is dramatically so.
So in the MasterPage we try to give you information about regional differences. And you get the information from different perspectives in different formats. The intent is to give you enough information that you can sift through the information and cut out the natural bias that is in every presentation. That will allow you to come to your own opinions based on the materials that you read.
You can add to the knowledge base by submitting articles about your trips through the various regions of Poland. Just send us your comments about your trip, your business dealings, your understanding of a region or your family history in a region. We have several places in this web site where we can publish that information for you.
To start, you can see the information that has been published by looking in the navigation bar at the left. That has a special section on cities and regions.
But be sure to look in additional categories because there may also be information there that has something to add to what you are looking for.
You might take special care to look at the culture section because the Polish culture is really a reflection of the region. When you get down to it, the Polish culture is tied to the region at which you are looking.
