The process has involved the destruction of the reputations of many of Poland's prominent people. And unfounded attacks have been made on some of the most respected people in Poland.

The Polish parliament passed an amended vetting law that allows those employers in designated professions to terminate the employment of people who were spies for the Polish secret service. The Polish Senate amended that Law to require that those employers terminate the employment of people who were spies for the Polish secret service.
The Polish Catholic Church is in damage control over priests who acted as spies
Warsaw, Poland August 28, 2006. Poland is in a current debate over the vetting of people who cooperated with the secret services. The Polish government passed the vetting process of priests, estimated by some to be up to 10 percent of the priests in Poland, to the Catholic Church. But the Catholic Church appears to be trying to keep her information about which priest were spies away from the public domain.

Email boxes in Poland are being flooded with advance fee fraud proposals, credit card scams, and illegal immigration schemes disguised as commercial offers. There are any number of benefits to Poland that result from this emigration. There is no accurate count of the number of Polish people who have emigrated but the numbers are large enough that the United Kingdom is starting to voice alarm about the negative effects of immigrants on their country. But Poland has been silent on the matter probably because of the way it is benefiting Poland.

The female pilot was in communication with the Polish civilian airport at which she was to land her plane but she landed some 15 km away on the Polish NATO military airport.

Polish Minister of Justice Ziobro ordered that cars of drunk drivers be immediately impounded by police when they found someone driving with an alcohol level above the legal limits. The program has received very little publicity in the Polish press but has apparently gotten the attention of the Polish public through the word of mouth.
