The Euro 2012 draw may have been good for the Polish football team, but it is not likely to draw the best money crowd to watch the games.

Poland is in a group with Russia and Greece. Neither are among the best known nor best followed football teams. So there are few people outside their own fans that will come to see them play.

And then, their ability to draw their own fans is questionable.

The financial crisis in Greece will naturally limit travel to the richer part of the population.

It is possible that Russian fans will come. But how many is the subject to speculation.

In spite of the draw, the stadium will be filled. All tickets have already been sold.

But it is not likely that there will be many that come to Warsaw in spite of not being able to get a ticket and be willing to watch the games from the Soccer Fan area that will be set up at Plac Defilad at the Palace of Culture.

In spite of the lack of fans, it is hoped that good TV coverage will show modern day Warsaw and benefit the City in the long run. Here is a video panorama of Warsaw from the top of the Palace of Culture.
