According to the leaked reports (read the Polish originals above) of testimony given by Kaczmarek before a Polish Parliament oversight committee, President Kaczynski, in private meetings with Kaczmarek, said several times that he was concerned about what Ziobro was doing.

Though the President's brother and Prime Minister Jaroslaw Kaczynski is reported to have full faith in Ziobro and who is shown by polls to be the publics' most trusted politician, the President has a different opinion. According to testimony leaked to the Polish Press, it is apparent that he does not trust Ziobro.

The President's lack of trust is a result of personal experiences with Ziobro. According to Kaczmarek secret services were spying on his family and secret service agents were monitoring his daughter.

And according to Kaczmarek, surveillance of people around him extended beyond his immediate family. The President was not happy that the Anti-Corruption Bureau was taking interest and one of the minister's in the President's Chancellery.

Kaczynski is reported to, according to Kaczmarek, opined that Ziobro would cause the government one day to turn over. And he reportedly added "But he said what can you expect from a 35 year-old man who has the mentality of a 25 year old."

Though Ziobro has much control over the groups spying, the Prime Minister and President's brother has overall control. Whether the Prime Minister ordered or approved spying on his brother's family is not known.

At the Law and Justice Party convention held this past weekend, Ziobro was notably absent.
