The winds from Russia that dominated Polish weather last week have been shifted East and replaced by warm winds coming into Poland from the Southwest. Temperatures in Poland have jumped from below freezing at night and the cold windy days are being replaced by sunny days with temperatues that will be in the low 70's Fahrenheit by week's end.
