Cold artic winds from the North and Warm moist air from the West have been crisscrossing the country and creating havoc. When rain is forecast, it snows, And when snow is forecast, it rains.

For the next week weather patterns are projected to be the same. It will rain and snow. Temperatures will hover just above and just below freezing.
