Experts say that high taxes are blocking the Polish economy

Warsaw, Poland August 28, 2006. The Polish Minister of Justice, Ziobro, is pressing for a reduction in the fees paid to Polish notaries. The Polish notaries are opposing the reduction and claim that Minister Ziobro is manipulating numbers.
According to Polish Minister Ziobro, some Polish notaries make up to 90,000 zlotys per month.
