Mushroom Soup
This is a recipe for Polish mushroom soup. Actually, there are probably as many differnent mushroom soup recipes as there are families in Poland. Here is one family's recipe.
Boil mushrooms in one liter of beef broth until they are tender.
Mix 1/2 cup sour cream with 3 tablespoons of flour.
Mushroom Soup
Add the sour cream mix to the mushrooms in the broth and stir in until smooth.
Serve immediately.
