They call her Magda only after they ask and she gives permission. And people do not ask very quickly. They go through a long getting to know you period before they ask permission to go on a first name basis.
Call her Pani until you think it may be ok to say something like, "Miss Kowalksa , may I call you Miss Magda?" And tell her how you would like to be called. Let if flow from there.
Don't Push And Do Not Rush. - She will be very slow to say yes. Typically even though she might be very interested in you, she will say that she is very busy at least five times. If you push her and do not go through the ritual, you will turn her cold. About the fifth time you ask, she will soften if she is interested. Even then you must proceed slowly.
Don't Get Personal. - Don't ask her how old she is, what she weighs, how tall she is, her hair color or hair length. You will likely make her furious. Those are things that will come out with time. She wants to be important for who she is and not how long her hair is.
Alternatively, open up by telling her how you like to be called and ask her for her preference.
Don't Avoid Sending Small Gifts - Polish men are shower Polish women lavishly with small gifts. They give a lot of small gifts all the time rather than occasional large gifts.
When a man goes to meet a woman for a date, he usually carries a single flower, a small box of candy or some other little gift like a candle. The cost is low but the value to the woman is high. If a man does not bring a gift, he really hurts himself. So you must be prepared to send little things like a single rose, a box of candy or a candle.

Slow down. Don't ask for any particular photos. Don't ask for nude or bathing suit shots. If she wants to send something, accept what she sends.
If you are going to offer to meet her, make it in a safe, public place. A restaurant, a hotel pub or other place with open space will generally be welcomed. Avoid discos, bars or crowed places that will make her feel cornered.
